I have handled hundreds of domestic violence cases over the last ten years. To date, not a single client has ever been convicted of domestic violence. Very few have ever been placed on probation. If you are charged with domestic violence and the victim is cooperative, it is possible to have the charges dropped completely, no classes, no probation.  If this is a first offense you will be eligible to expunge it and have your booking photo removed from the internet.  Even if you get put on probation, a diversion program is available to keep you elegible for sealing or expungement.
