A first offense dwelling burglary conviction will score State Prison time.  If you are under 21 the harsh sanction can be lessened.  Call me first!  Some theft cases can be negotiated when large dollar amounts are alleged.  I have sucessfully negotiated probation in two recent cases.  Both thefts were in the $200,000 to $500,000 range. If it can be done I will get it done.
