Everyone is entitled to reasonable bond in all cases except first-degree murder and capital sex battery. Often, when you are arrested, the highest bond is set by the jail. In Federal Court, you are often permitted to post bond with just your signature and some counties in Florida State court allow you to post both cash and property.  

The goal of all bond reductions is to get the client out of jail. I have a 99% success rate in bond reductions. In almost all cases I can have that bond reduced by 50% or more, and in many cases the client has been released ROR, which means they pay no bond.  The Court’s main concern is that you do not flee the jurisdiction. However, by hiring me to represent you, you assure the Court that with that investment, you will make all court appearances.
